Refund policy

At Baseer Traders, we aim to provide our customers with a reliable and satisfactory shopping experience.

Returns and Refunds
Customers may request a return or refund for an incorrect, damaged, defective, or otherwise eligible product. Requests should be submitted after receiving the order and must include the order details and, where applicable, clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Products must be unused and in their original condition and packaging where applicable. Due to hygiene and safety considerations, certain personal-care and feminine-hygiene products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

Refund Processing
After the returned product is received and inspected, Baseer Traders will determine whether the request qualifies for a refund or replacement. Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
